The aim of this research is to investigate the social factors thatrnaffect the English language reading habits. The study was conducted in sixrnsecondary schools situated Al-Mafraq province. A questionnaire was used for therndata collection. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively with the usernof Co-Variance Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM) in AMOS 21.0rnsoftware. From the total of 275 copies of questionnaire distributed, 268 copiesrnwere filled and returned. The findings showed that the school library has anrnimpact on English language reading habits. The results also revealed thatrnEnglish teacher and peers have no impact on the respondents’ English languagernreading habits.
