Dr. Chiramel Paul Jose

Some of the students in the affluentrnArab-speaking countries as well as in the developing Afro-Asian countries, arernwilling to give due importance to English and cherish the ambition ofrntravelling to England or America for higher studies. Surely there would be arnchange in the attitude of students and teachers to make the shift fromrnmonolingualism to bilingualism, when the whole set-up welcomes and supportsrnsuch a change of viewing English as a Second Language and not merely a ForeignrnLanguage.
