Character values in Harun Yahya’s Fable ‘Long-Legged Storks’

Abstract
This study aims to discover and describe the values of character education in Harun Yahya’s fable ‘Long-Legged Storks’. This study used the descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research was a fable by Harun Yahya. The data in this study could be a phrase, be it a noun phrase or verb, sentences and discourse fragment found in the fable. Data collection and analysis techniques used was content analysis techniques. The results showed that the value of character education appeared in the fable ‘Long-Legged Storks’ by Harun Yahya, are; religious, honest, creative, friendly, hard work, curiosity, tolerance, and hard work.
